Cael Norman Sanderson a.k.a. Cael Sanderson is an American retired folk-style and freestyle wrestler who currently stands as the head coach of the Pennsylvania State University wrestling team. As a wrestler, he earned four NCAA Division I individual titles and an Olympic gold medal. Furthermore, Sports Illustrated honored his college career as the second most impressive feat in college sports history in 2002.

Cael Sanderson played professionally also named the NCAA Wrestling Team Championship as the most outstanding wrestler. Later, he also participated in freestyle wrestling but success had not touched his feet. He started his professional coaching career as an assistant coach at Iowa State. After the season, he got a promotion and holds the position of head coach.
