Even after many years of dating, Jacoby and Kelsey kept their relationship status low, however, it got the limelight after Kesley Hawkins was seen wearing a diamond ring while she attended Red Sox Nation in 2009, followed by the close photo shared with Jacoby.

Then in December 2012, the couple got married in a private ceremony in the presence of their close friends and relatives. As reported, the news got the strong point after Kelsey changed her surname from Hawkins to Ellsbury.

However, neither Jacoby or Kelsey has shared the photo of their son, reportedly born around February 2017 which got in the news after Jacoby made his return back to Yankees camp following the delivery.

Initially, Jacoby played for the University team at Oregon State University before being drafted by Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2002 MLB draft. However, Jacoby got his famed professional debut with Boston Red Sox in 2007, after being selected in the MLB draft of 2005.

While Jacoby played for the Boston Red Sox till 2013, he won many honors and awards which also includes Golden Glove awards and Silver Slugger Award, both in 2011. Well, Jacoby played his 179th straight regular-season game without an error on April 12, 2009, and broke the franchise record for outfielders held by Mike Greenwell
