On 5th February 2009, Berish made his professional debut against Phil Dace at Reality Fighting: Throwdown where he recorded his first professional victory via unanimous decision in the 3rd round.
Later two years, he returns to face David Colabella at Ring of Combat XXXVI. He won the fight via no contest in the round 1. Then he appeared opposite of Michael Andrillo at Ring of Combat XLIII on 25th January 2017 and again won the fight.
Subsequently, he gave series of the win in a fight against Patrick Walsh and Ariel Sepulveda at Victory 2 and Ring of Combat 47 respectively.
On 6th July 2014, Berish made his UFC debut against Robert Drysdale at UFC TUF 19 Finale: Penn vs Edgar. He not only loses the fight but he suffered major damage to his knee in the process.
On 9th December 2016, Berish returned to UFC to fight against Ryan Janes at UFC Night 102 – Lewis vs. Abdurakhimov. He lost the fight via unanimous decision in the round three.
Currently 32, Keith Berish is neither married nor single. He is an open relationship with his longtime girlfriend, Suzanna.
