Lilia Vu is a professional golfer who began her career as an amateur. She achieved several remarkable accomplishments during her amateur years. Vu was part of the winning team for the 2018 Espirito Santo Trophy in Ireland, and she also earned four points at the 2018 Curtis Cup. She won the 2018 Arnold Palmer Cup at the French golf course at Evian Resort, was the runner-up in the 2014 AJGA Girls Championship, and won the 2016 Women’s Southern California Amateur Championship.

Vu began her college career at UCLA in 2015 and had a successful run. She was named Pac-12 Conference Freshman of the Year in 2016 and won the Pac-12 Conference Golfer of the Year in 2018, as well as being a finalist for the Honda Trophy and WGCA Player of the Year. She was named to the All-Pac 12 team three times and the WGCA First Team, and she holds the record for the most victories in UCLA history with eight individual titles.

Vu turned professional in January 2019 and had to place T27 in the inaugural LPGA Q-Series to qualify for the 2019 LPGA Tour. She only managed to make one cut in nine starts on the LPGA Tour.
