On 10th March 2018, Murodjon Akhmadaliev made his professional debut against David Michel Paz at Kings Theatre, New York City. He won the bout via TKO in round one. Further, he had two consecutive wins against Carlos Gaston Suarez and Luis Fernando. His career's first title, WBA Inter-Continental super bantamweight title came on his 4th fight on 23rd August 2018, knocking out Ramon Contreras. he defended the title in the following bout against Isaac Zarate on 24th November 2018.
Murodjon started the 2019 fighting against Carlos Carlson on 26th April 2019. He defeated Wilner Soto via TKO on 13th September 2019 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.
On 30th January 2020, he won WBA (Super), and IBF super-bantamweight titles against Daniel Roman. He is scheduled to face Ryosuke Iwasa on 3rd April 2021 to defend his WBA (Super), and IBF super-bantamweight titles.
