At 14, Kianzad began her martial arts career in boxing and went on to compete in around thirty amateur boxing fights.
At 18, she participated in the Swedish National Championship in shootfighting and reserved the second position winning the silver medal after losing to Lina Lansberg in the final. The following year, she was named Swedish Champion in Shooting after defeating Genesini Serena in the round second via armbar submission.
On 14th April 2014, Kianzad made her professional debut against Helin Paara at MMA Raju 9. She won the fight in the 3rd round via unanimous decision. She racked up four straight wins in a smaller organization before being signed to Cage Warriors.
In the year 2014, Pannie Kianzad signed with Cage Warrior. On 22nd of August 2014, she made her Cage Warriors debut against Megan Van Houtum at Cage Warrior FC 71. She won the fight via TKO punches in the third round.
