Early Years

As a little boy, Ramiz used to do boxing and karate. Growing up, his father always wanted him to know how to defend himself, Ramiz said. He started training all facets of MMA when he was in high school around his junior years.

It wasn’t until Ramiz had completed basic training and job training for the army that he had his first amateur fight. While he was still in basic training, he received a phone call from his coach “hey I know you’ll be done in a week but do you want to fight in a month’s time?” Ramiz said “yes,” and from that night he was instantly hooked.

On 25th October 2014, Ramiz made his professional debut at GCS 1 - The Commencement, where he defeated Richard Bailey via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke).

On 28th January 2017, he had his second fight at XKO - Xtreme Knockout 34. He won the bout via Submission (Kimura). On 10th June 2017, he faced Andrew Sosa at XkO - Xtreme Jockout 36. He won the fight via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke). On 12th August 2017, Ramiz defeated Josh Sturgill.

In the fall of 2017, Ramiz joined LFA, making his debut at LFA 28 - Jackson vs. Luna on 8th December against Sidney Ben Simons. On 16th February 2018, he defeated Bilal Williams at LFA 33. On 25th May 2018, he lost to Evan Cutts at LFA 40 on 25th May 2018. On August 10, 2018, he won against William Macario at LFA 47. On 30th November 2018, he lost to Justin Patterson at LFA 55.
