Worldcup truly unites the world, that's one of many reasons it's called The Worldcup Football. We saw Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman shaking hands in a friendly way after Russia netted a Goal against Saudi Arabia in Russian Ground. Was this a friendly handshake or did it say, "It is what it is", is the one question that everyone from around the globe is guessing?

 

Well, it's obvious that these two were side by side for more than one and half hours, and they could have talked so much about creating a better world since a Crown prince from the powerhouse of Middle East was alongside Europ's most influential precedents' Putin. When two most powerful men in the world were shaking hands, chairman of Fifa was right in the middle of them, not shying away from giving a gesture of happyness. Is this the power of Football, or just a formality?

Putin Shaking hands with Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (Event Explained)

Russia and Saudi Arabia are competing against each other in the opening game of the 2018 World Cup. The host nation is leading by 2-0 until the first half with the goals from Yuri Gazinskiy and Denis Cheryshev.

Yuri Gazinskiy opened the score for Russia scoring a header in the 13th minute of the game. The Russian president Vladimir Putin shook hands with the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia after Russia scored the first goal.

The live moment caught the attention of lots of people from different parts of the world.

Denis Cheryshev doubled the margin after scoring an impressive goal in the 43rd minute.

Cheryshev cam in place of Alan Dzagoev in the 24th minute after Dzagoev met a hamstring injury.

With whole world watching, these two world leaders shook hands which shows the level of appreciation towards sports and it's also a message of peace and harmony for the people all around the glove.
