Bartosz Marek Bialkowski, popularly known as Bartosz Bialkowski, is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English Championship side Ipswich Town. He previously played for Notts County, Southampton, Gornik Zabrze, and Olimpia.

A Polish international since 2018, Bialkowski has represented his national side in 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Gornik Zabrze

After playing for almost two seasons with FC Olimpia Elblag, Bialkowski switched to Gornik Zabrze in 2004. On 30th October of the same year, he made his Polish league debut in a 3-1 away loss to Dyskobolia Grodzisk.

Southampton

On 9th January 2006, Bialkowski peened a contract with Southampton. On 25th January 2006, he made his Southampton debut in a goalless draw with Crystal Palace.

On 17th March 2009, he was loaned out to Ipswich until the end of the season. On his debut for Ipswich, he was red carded for handling the ball outside the area. After that, he did not play any game for the Ipswich and returned to his parent club at the end of the season.

Further, he moved to Championship strugglers Barnsley again on loan for a week-long emergency. He compiled only two game appearances and then returned to Southampton.

On 24th November 2009, Bialkowski made his League debut for Southampton in over two years against Hartlepool.

Notts County

On 15th June 2012, Bialkowski signed a three year deal with Notts County. On 11th August 2012, he made his debut for the club in a League Cup tie at home to Bradford City. He remained two seasons at the Notts County, playing 84 matches.

Ipswich Town

On 15th July 2014, Bialkowski penned a two-year contract with Ipswich; On 1st November 2014, he recorded his Town league debut with a clean sheet in a 2-0 victory over Blackpool.

Bartosz Bialkowski was a part of Poland Under-21 national team. In June 2018, he was named Poland’s final 23-man squad for the 2018 World Cup, along with his teammates Michal Pazdan, Jacek Goralski, and Thiago Cionek.
