Luiz Gustavo was born with the name Luiz Gustavo Dias on July 23, 1987, in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil. Gustavo was born to his father, Luiz Dias, and mother, Mariane Dias and grew up with his sibling, Jardel Dias. Regarding his nationality, Gustavo is Brazilian.
