Oshima began his career as a youth player of Shizuoka Gakuen High School in 2008.  After playing for two-year for youth squad, he was transferred to the main team of Kawasaki Frontale and signed his first professional contract in 2011. He has so far played 121 games netting five goals.

Oshima was sent on loan to J.League U-22 Selection in 2015. Before ending his loan-season with the club, he played only one game.
